• Understanding the manpower requirement & mapping the market accordingly. • Identifying and sourcing prospective candidates through various sourcing tools viz. Internal Database, LinkedIn, Headhunting, References and Job Portals. • Screening the identified/shortlisted profiles with respect to the client's requirement & further conducting preliminary interview. • Taking care of the entire recruitment life cycle right from mapping, sourcing, screening, evaluation, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, reference checks, offers, and on boarding support. • Managing the expectations of the selected candidate through counseling & negotiating skills. • Preparing and maintaining MIS and making presentations. • Extensive market mapping and comprehensive research work covering various industries through active cold calling and in-depth internet search to understand organization structures and hierarchies. • Researching candidates and their contact details for search assignments, updating the candidate database and scheduling calls with potential candidates.
